Our Story

Be Coffee was established in December 2020.

Providing quality coffee to coffee lovers in the prime location of Hong Kong - Causeway Bay, owner Gordon Poon has a passion for introducing the stories of the coffee beans.

Moreover, he loves to share the knowledge of brewing, roasting, latte art techniques, and coffee tasting.

Gordon also launched a YouTube channel - idk coffee in June of 2020. It is a Cantonese coffee channel that aims to bring who "don't know coffee" to "do know coffee".
